Do you use certified organic ingredients to formulate your products?
Yes. We use ingredients that are either certified USDA Organic or certified organic by QAI (Quality Assurance International).
Are there any ingredients that are not certified organic?
Yes. There are several ingredients that are not "organic." Some examples of non-organic ingredients are distilled water, bentonite clay which is a mineral, and pumice powder which comes from volcanic rocks. These minerals are pure, in balance with nature and very beneficial for skin care.
There are also wildcrafted flowers and herbs which only grow in specific protected areas high up in the mountains and are handpicked without disrupting its natural balance. These tend to have more healing properties than conventional herbs and even organically farmed herbs.

What is your return policy?
We will guarantee your money back within 60 days of purchase with receipt. However, we would like to know the reasons in case there is something that can help us improve our products for your benefit.
Do you have products based on skin type?
Our products can be used by most skin types, however we have created kits based on skin type to help you get the best results. Contact us for more information.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our products do not contain preservatives and artificial fragrances that can irritate the skin.
What kind of reactions should I expect from using your products for the first time?
As with any skin care product you would buy at any counter, you have 2 weeks to allow your skin to adjust to a new product. With our products there could be a very slight reaction to exposure to pure botanical extracts. Give your skin time to adjust to the pure and refreshing new product full of nutrients. However, if you experience a reaction to herbs, flowers, or nut oils, stop immediately and consult with your health care practitioner, and contact us for a refund.

Do you go to festivals and market events?
We have demonstrations at several local events such as the Body Mind and Spirit Expo also known as Victory of Light Expo at the Sharonville Convention in Ohio. We also will be attending other festivals and events in our area. Watch our blog and check our event page.

Why are the products “handcrafted”?
Our high quality ingredients are carefully mixed by hand to retain its beneficial properties. We do not process our products at temperatures higher than 95 degree. We do not mass produce or use machinery to formulate our products. We do not want cleaners or lubricants from machineries to contaminate our products. Manufacturing our products by hand allows us to maintain all the beneficial properties of all our botanical extracts and keep the overall purity at its highest integrity.
Are any of the products better for a specific age range?

Yes. If you refer a retailer to our sales office and they sign a contract to join our retailers program, we will offer several kits for you to choose from.
