Does your skin feel like it needs a little extra TLC? Well, you’ll be pleased to know that you can whip up a mask with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.
Here are a few combinations to try out for yourself. Mix up the ingredients to form a paste, apply generously and leave on from 10-20 minutes. Use a couple times a week for glowing skin.
Banana mask: 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 banana.
Oatmeal mask: 1/2 cup hot—not boiling—water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Let set for 3 minutes then mix in 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 small egg white. Lemon mask: Juice from 1 lemon with 1/4 cup olive oil or sweet almond oil.
